"When I was young, I used to think that money was the most important thing in life; now that I am old, I know it is."
- Oscar Wilde -
Across the life span, individuals will require practical skills such as balancing the family budget, when and how much to borrow and save, when to use and not use credit cards, and how to calculate the financial costs of all these decisions.
We gratefully acknowledge the donation of Mr. Ralph Moor, a retired former administrator of South Georgia College. The generous funding of Mr. Moor enables this college to offer Economics for Life to provide knowledge of money management to students.
By taking this class, you will have an advantage over the others when it comes to plan your financial future and to manage the money you made. This course will not cost you any additional money as long as you are already a full-time student (because there is a flat charge - $734, for 12 hours and beyond).
The class will meet every Tuesday 12:30 - 1:20 p.m. in Spring 2005. (20191 Econ 1100)
